Hi every sifu here, I have successfully applied IBKR through TSG but I haven't transferred the fund into my IBKR account yet. I am confused about the minimum deposit requirement, the minimum deposit amount is $USD 1000 or $USD 2500?

How do I know that my IBKR account is approved and activated? I haven't made any initial deposit but I can log into IBKR main page instead of showing the application page. I also haven't received any welcome email from IBKR or TSG yet.

I can click the "TRADE" button and search for the stock symbol, so it means that my account has been approved successfully? and does it mean that I don't need to make any minimum initial deposit and maintain my stock/fund value at $2500?

Hi all sifu here, how do you guys contact Tradestation Global, I submitted my enquiry through their support ticket twice since last week but so far I haven't received any reply yet.

Does anyone know what happens to my IBKR account? Yesterday I cannot place orders to buy stocks, after I try to place an order, the system comes out with a notification saying that insufficient cash in my account. I have checked my account balance it's sufficient. Even 1 stock of APPL also cannot buy. sad.gif

Anybody knows is it possible to move my IBKR account under IBKR SG/HK after delinking from TSG? Then will I be served by IBKR SG/HK customer support?

I placed an order to buy US stocks without having enough funds in USD currency, but it was enough funds in USD+SGD currency. After clicking the "submit order" button, it showed the order was placed successfully, but I couldn't find this pending order in my 'Orders & Trades' pages. Does anyone know what happens? Does it mean that I need to convert my funds to enough USD currency every time before placing an order to buy US stocks as it won't convert to USD automatically after placing an order?

Hi everyone, how long do you receive a reply from TSG after submitting a ticket to request delinking account from TSG. I am facing an issue that TSG is not replying to my support ticket regarding delinking my account from TSG. It is over 72 hours, I have submitted 2 tickets regarding this issue. Previously TSG replied very fast on other matters. What should I do if TSG is not going to reply to me on this matter? I have also checked my junk email, there is no reply from TSG. sad.gif

Now is pandemic time, and my passport has expired...no point to renew my passport just for interactive brokers delinking purpose...cannot travel...
