anyone using transferwise to fund IBKR? i just registered today and was informed we cant transfer due to change of verification partner. (was trying to transfer RM > SGD btw)

i submitted my delink request and this was the reply i gotten instead of verbal verification:

Interactive Brokers has received your request form.

In processing these types of requests, we are required to perform various security checks, one of which is signature verification.

Unfortunately, there are no suitable documents which can be used. Please submit a copy of a current Government Issued ID, which requires a signature on it.

Please arrange to have this paperwork sent via email to accountmanagement@interactivebrokers.com or via fax to 312-542-6996. Please include the account number on the subject line of cover sheet.

If you have any questions or issues in generating and providing this paperwork to IB, then please contact IB Professional Services for assistance via email at proserve@interactivebrokers.com or via toll-free (within the US) at 1-866-694-2757, or direct dial customer service at (203) 618-7791.


I wonder anyone received such request? Our IC don't have signature on it so how to complete this step? Anyone please advice?

submitted delinking request and was asked to submit passport since a week ago, so far no news yet. Just msg IBKR on the update was told still in the midst of processing.
wonder why some of you all can do it so fast but mine still stucked there. aih~~

I submitted since 13/7/2021, till now still under TSG. Was told by the support that it is still under processing...guess have to wait another week then.
