I was considering to withdraw fund from IBKR to Transferwise multicurrency amount, but it is temporarily close for service now. The Transferwise blog post list out quite a few of local bank option.

Public bank multicurrency account looks a reasonable low cost option besides Transferwise. RM30 annual fee, USD 1 transaction charge.
