Do anyone knows how to go back to SMS code authentication for login? I recently enroll the IB key thing, but now I want to change back to SMS, can't find it in the settings.

Has anyone call their customers service before? For us we have to call their Singapore number. So the call charges is consider as international call right?

Guys. Does IBKR usually send a notification if a order a match? Yesterday one of my order was match but no notification to inform. Like rakuten trade, if the order is match, they will inform us. Does IBKR do this?

some of u might already know but for those who doesn't. ibkr now officially can link with wise, meaning no need to worry getting warning anymore

Has anyone withdraw large amount like rm30k or even rm100k from IBKR before? How did u do it? Wise only allow to store rm20k inside, what happen to the balance if I withdraw more than rm20k from IBKR to Wise?
