TD ameritrade asia have flat rate commission of 10 USD,
means if somebody trade big volume, is that limited to 10 USD maximum ?

anybody try transfer money out of IB to another broker ? there are several methods eg. ACAT but the easiest seems to be wire transfer. any idea ?
