Was it refunded automatically? Or did you have to make an application thru IBKR to claim it back?

You bought BIL ETF or you bought the underlying T-bills yourself?

I know US T-bills/bonds interests (the underlying of BIL ETF) are not taxable, but at ETF level things might be different.

In case you are holding BIL ETF, Gwynbleidd , how often does IBKR refund BIL ETF's WHT? Is it monthly? quarterly or annually?

I also followed DJFoo and Gwynbleidd's advice and started buy-and-hold starting from this month. I didn't sell BIL on 3rd of July (this Monday).

Will report back if BIL ETF's dividends are refunded.

I received dividends on (Payable) 7th July 2023 for my US Treasuries (Ex-Dividend - 3rd July 2023). I'll let you know when I get refunded if I managed to find out.

Gwynbleidd do you observe the -0.01 USD entries after each month's distribution in your statement? I believe you are holding BIL via IBKR as well, yes?

Is that some sort of admin fee paid to IBKR/IRS for their "service"?

I think if you click to next page it is still asking you to select the currencies that IBKR supports,
instead of allowing you to deposit MYR right into IBKR balance 

maybe MYR deposit and balance is coming soon.
i live chatted CS after failed to set trade permission for FKLI, according to CS, they currently not available to trade. 

He is transferring USD to ibkr. The USD was already converted. Gwynbleidd you are transferring RM to IBKR right?
