Nothing to advise.
Just reply their email and give them whatever proof they of transaction, bank statement they want.

Important to show them where money is coming from.
How did you do your transfer.

u mean any IBKR whitelabel that has UI similar to Rohinhood?

AFAIK the answer is no, having said that even for Tradestation global (TSG) we are using IBKR UI but not TSG own none-user friendly UI.

They asking for documents.
Don't forget to email them too.

Im on cash account. When i sell if my shares, the funds are put under exliq. It takes a few days to be moved into available cash/buying power. Is this normal?

just change your account to margin.. but dont use margin.. you get immediate buying power when you sell

Ok noted. I was under the impression that it is margin account that has this restriction. I guess i was wrong. How do i apply to change? Send email or theres option on the IKBR account portal?

They ask for proof that I sent money to Instarem.
As latest bank statement is not out, I emailed them June's statement and a screenshot of Maybank2U transaction.

Glad that it's resolved! Wrote them two days ago and they said it was because of their new AML procedure and that was it. Nothing in my inbox, but I guess I will just have to wait for a couple more days. They must be experiencing a long backlog

new to TSG. Open the TWS desktop, the UI is...sophisticated i must say. Somehow prefer webull's UI..

Hi all sifus,
I'm new to IBKR, and registered through TSG. I noticed the spot rates for currency exchange for USD.SGD pair charges fee is higher than USD2 per conversion. For my case, I converted to USD1000 and it charged me USD2. 75 for commissions. May I know how to calculate?
