They charge RM10 for reconnection which will appear in my next bill. I dont have any previous outstanding bill for Unifi. Just the current Sept bill. If this is so then Unifi have became worst than a prepaid line because you don't get charged to reactivate your line when you next top up.
While I do agree that its their right to bar outstanding lines, they should have better inform customers beforehand through the mainstream news before its implemented.
