 Putting banner on street lamp, permit is needed?

Banner to be put on street lamp is required permit under Majlis Perbandaran right? Is that necessary to put permit no. on the banner?

Yes actually. But depend on which local agency. Some don't bother to check pun. But place like Putrajaya, very strict. Even the banner must comply to their specs.

It's inside a taman under MPKJ, i can't find any permit no. on the banner, therefore doubted on it hmm.gif

Never done in Kajang. But some majlis got this sticker where they put permit no on it to which will be stick on the banner.

Those hanging at those sidewalk railings are also under the purview of the council.

But I believe some are hung illegally because I have seen some disappeared just after a few days.

The legal ones would be hanging there for more than a month.
