Must learn to have spiritual discipline. It's a form of self preservation.

Anyway, when u have bad dream, recite the lord's prayer. Or recite the lord's prayer whenever you're scared/fearful/worried/sad/frustrated etc. It's a very powerful prayer. Memorize it.

And start opening your Bible. There's the Bible app and Lectio365. Bible app has audio option, can listen before you sleep. Lectio is your daily prayers, it's on audio too, very comforting.

Don't worry, nothing can harm you for the lord is always with you (recite the lord's prayer!!! And memorize it by heart)

No opinion. World is hurting and in a mess.

All we can do is remain steadfast in prayer, pray for those who are struggling and suffering, meditate on the word of God and await the second coming of Christ the Messiah.

You're most welcome. I've had similar bad dreams too - or perhaps spiritual attacks? What happened was I recited the lord's prayer (not sure if subconscious or what) with all my strength (yeah this kinda dreams is really scary that renders you paralyzed) and poof! Everything stopped.

As Christians we are often not diligent in our spiritual discipline. Maybe the right word to use is - spiritually lazy. That includes me. We need to be disciplined in prayer and meditate on His word daily.
