Honda City idsi 2004 steering feels tight, Steering feels not smooth

Dear Sifu,
My Honda City idsi 2004 model steering feels quite tight and sometimes "lock" in highway over a curve. I will not say it is entirely "lock", but more like you need some force to turn the steering back. Change suspension, disc brake and not sure what else I can do. Send to few mechanics and they did not know the issues. Tyre also change. The feeling is not as smooth as my other cars. Anyone got ideas on what is going on?

I used to have a 2005 City and currently own a 2005 Civic, and they both have OBD II ports. 2004 model year should have it... just look under the steering column. It should look like an extremely oversize VGA port. thanks. I will send to VMAG next week and let them diagnose first. Instead of trying different mechanics which are a bit old school. |

today send to VMAG as one of the bro recommend. Suspect the culprit is the steering rack, which the recon will cost RM 800++ and need a day to repair. The boss said many Honda face this issue.
