How to indentify CBU/CKD/RECON?

Hello guys, can anyone tell me how to identify car CKD/CBU OR RECON by looking at car grant?
I recently went to a dealer the car stated is Used, in the Grant it writes Kenderaan Import Baru, is that CBU or recon? |

Also look at vehicle VIN number. Manufacturer, model code, manufacturing year, chassis number all there.
