I had a relative with such bathroom. He bought a dehumidifier and must place it very near the door, or inside the bathroom when not in use. U know la, must remove moisture or mould will come.

QUOTE(chinti @ Sep 25 2019, 11:41 AM) hi everyone, so i bought a condo and i just realized one of the guest bathroom got no windows and no ventilation fan. Didn't you inspect the Guest Bath before signing on the dotted line ?are there any ways i can install ventilation fan as the other side of the wall is my neighbor unit, i dun really c how i can suck out the air in this case. Please post picture of the layout plan in the agreement. What is the height of the floor to the ceiling of the condo you bought ? I don't think you are allowed install the ventilation exhaust fan to extract air from your Guest Bath and discharge that air directly into your neighbour's property, since it is a joint wall. |

It is only require 4" hole for the ventilation fan on the wall. Ventilation fan size is around 6"x6"
Outdoor, put an airguide down the air. Look for Airgard |
