I had a relative with such bathroom. He bought a dehumidifier and must place it very near the door, or inside the bathroom when not in use. U know la, must remove moisture or mould will come.

Didn't you inspect the Guest Bath before signing on the dotted line ?

Please post picture of the layout plan in the agreement. What is the height of the floor to the ceiling of the condo you bought ?

I don't think you are allowed install the ventilation exhaust fan to extract air from your Guest Bath and discharge that air directly into your neighbour's property, since it is a joint wall.

yea din manage to check properly
ya not possible to discharge air into neighbor property thats y thinking now wat to do about it.
if really no choice then will just turn tht bathroom into storeroom and turn storeroom into toilet instead, waste money tho

It is only require 4" hole for the ventilation fan on the wall. Ventilation fan size is around 6"x6"

Outdoor, put an airguide down the air.

Look for Airgard

ask the developer come, lock him in the toilet, see how he survive without ventilation.

build without thinking

ok serious reply. certain walls can be hacked, check with the developer which part is allowed to hack. then install ducting with ventilation fan/blower/whatever system you can afford. there are some ceiling ventilation fans where you can install with plaster ceiling.
