but, if the deceased is already identified as wanted criminal, the action is justified
usually at roadblocks, police already have their target or suspect info like suspected cars, registration plate etc
so, probably police did knew and identified the deceased and want to tahan him, but the driver gelabah..hence the shoot out
if not mistaken, police also got orders already. Catch, Dead or alive
