QUOTE(chocobo7779 @ Sep 25 2019, 01:43 AM) Dell Ultrasharp? I believe there's a monitor that fits your requirements The moderate U series I can find is U2419H, RM 1k. Kinda expensive. Is there major difference between U and P series?

Thanks for the explanation bro. Instead of changing the polarizer, I think I better keep it as 2nd monitor.

I've been on this road before, you have 2 options.
1. Monitor + Vesa mount this will solve the tilting and will have more flexibility. this will also allow you save more money.
example: LG 24 inch (IPS panel) + Vesa Arm = 500+ 80rm = 680 RM
2. Option is to go for Dell like you mention U series.

The LG 27UD58 is one of the most affordable 4K monitors. My LG 27UD58 unit showed no excessive backlight bleeding nor IPS glow, nor any other defects such as dead/stuck pixels. It has a flicker-free backlight, so those sensitive to flickering won’t get headaches after prolonged use.
