Hi guys, my current U2311H is gonna spoiled soon so need to find a new monitor already. I am looking for 25-27inch IPS monitor which is able rotate 90 degree. I mainly use for comic/novel and movie. Rarely gaming. Is there any recommended monitor that is suit to my need?

The moderate U series I can find is U2419H, RM 1k. Kinda expensive. Is there major difference between U and P series?

Looks like moisture has entered the gap between the polarizer and the display panel itself hmm.gif

It's possible to change the polarizer, but not recommended as there is a risk of damaging the display panel itself icon_idea.gif

Hmm... Thanks for the explanation bro. Instead of changing the polarizer, I think I better keep it as 2nd monitor.

I've been on this road before, you have 2 options.

1. Monitor + Vesa mount
this will solve the tilting and will have more flexibility. this will also allow you save more money.

example: LG 24 inch (IPS panel) + Vesa Arm = 500+ 80rm = 680 RM

2. Option is to go for Dell like you mention U series.

I am buying LG 27UD58 with vesa mount at the end. Will upgrade the rest of hardware little by little when needed. (Or being tempted.~)

The LG 27UD58 is one of the most affordable 4K monitors.
My LG 27UD58 unit showed no excessive backlight bleeding nor IPS glow, nor any other defects such as dead/stuck pixels.
It has a flicker-free backlight, so those sensitive to flickering won’t get headaches after prolonged use.
