Hi I'm total noob, recently I saw one project launching, I kinda like it but not too sure, SA told book ur fav unit first, once the show house finished, if u don't like u can surrender, booking fee 100% refund, some bank agents were there during the launching also
After that they contacted me, since I've never applied housing loan before I didn't know if I can get loan ( how much max)
After a few days the bank fellas called me saying loan was approved, they are pushing me to sign the offer letter, and they saying the offer letter valid for 10days only, if I want to wait till the show house to complete, which may take few months more, what should I do, ask them (bank) to cancel the application or what
