Starting price same as launch price at RM100K.
Attracted 17 bidders fight.
Sold at 178K.

The defaulter owner still earn over here?

If 100k property can foreclosed not sure what other property can buy in kv.

Loan repayment would be much much lower than rental. Not sure why the reason for default.

wow so owner untung from auction? and are the RSKU status still apply to the new owner? if not means the owner can sell to market & rent it out? is it a loophole? time for more and more RM 100k RSKU to auction and earn quick bucks

No. All start again from developer stage.

If bumi buyer, no more open lot for future selling.

I’m not sure about this one but the unit I bought from Lelong was because husband and wife split.

Husband don’t want to sell in open market just to irritate wife.

So let the bank auction the property.

Technically RSKU rules should apply. This is a LACA auction.

Still subject to state consent for transfer. Unlike title auction - once high court registrar confirms the sale - Land office obligated to perfect the MOT from 14A

Auction under laca is open unless is bumi owner for rsku. Winner have to follow tnc as per first application ... wait 5 years b4 disposal from auction date, eligibile buyer category under subsale and a non owner of any property prior.
