First lelong unit sold today from this RSKU project. Starting price same as launch price at RM100K. Attracted 17 bidders fight. Sold at 178K. The defaulter owner still earn over here? |

If 100k property can foreclosed not sure what other property can buy in kv.
Loan repayment would be much much lower than rental. Not sure why the reason for default.

wow so owner untung from auction? and are the RSKU status still apply to the new owner? if not means the owner can sell to market & rent it out? is it a loophole? time for more and more RM 100k RSKU to auction and earn quick bucks

Not sure why the reason for default. I’m not sure about this one but the unit I bought from Lelong was because husband and wife split. Husband don’t want to sell in open market just to irritate wife. So let the bank auction the property. |
