Is Saito Business Department especially Bachelor in Digital Marketing good? I'm confused as I remember this college is famous for it's graphic design.

Saito is an old college which expertise in Graphic design, perhaps it was their new courses.
Perhaps APIIT is a better option? That is if they offer the courses you looking for. But then APIIT is gonna be damn boring. Also HELP is pretty good with their Business school as well.

I would like to go APIIT but because of my family's financial issues I couldn't afford the fees for that university. Is there anywhere else I could study digital marketing in which doesn't cost as much?

I'm interested in it maybe because of the wrong reason, I would like to work inside the office for a few years just so I can freelance in the latter years as I enjoy having flexible time in learning more as oppose to being time restricted inside the office mon-fri 9-5

It's cliche

But end of the day it comes down to you and your will to learn.

I understand that many of us see it that way but we still have to do it nonetheless to get the experience needed if we ever want to open a company someday.

It is a good safety net. But I think for business school students, most important are the connections you make while in school. Your exposure and network.

These will be the people that will cross paths with you in the future and help you grow.

So if you day day stay at home don't socialise and build rapport, you are gonna waste your time even in the best institutions. If you do the opposite, you will benefit.

Your choice is pretty niche. Honestly, I never even heard of it, and might end up pretty hard to get job later. Have you considered UX design?
