QUOTE(propertymalaysia @ Sep 23 2019, 04:08 PM) Condo or service residence.... Less.pest, less noise, less cleanup of the house......Most service residences has parks pools gym etc.....which to me is all in one ...matter of taking the lift to the desired floor Most importantly...security is there ....so there is some peace of mind as well |

problem is when the lift breaks down and you live in the highest floor.

Landed with Individual Title, best if you're not facing another house with more some public land to place your cars and maybe do some small gardening

QUOTE(WahBiang @ Sep 23 2019, 10:51 PM) Not really, the best imo are intermediate house which have "free" land like those facing the secondary street (not primary where mainly cars drive by). Usually found at the edge of a housing area, the residence would utilize the "perimeter green belt" for their own horticulture activities or just for more parking areas for themselves instead of parking in front of the gate. But of course not all green belt are the same, some developers are quite generous, and some are non-usable and are known to be just "passive green" This post has been edited by JSern: Sep 23 2019, 11:03 PM |

QUOTE(propertymalaysia @ Sep 23 2019, 04:08 PM) Living : Standard individual title landed house in a gated & guarded environment. Investment : Individual titled freehold landed house, 1 storey terrace, 2 storey terrace 22x75, 2 storey semi-d are my favored ones. They hold their value the best and even in the current downturn you can't find one that is a bargain to buy. |

QUOTE(propertymalaysia @ Sep 23 2019, 04:08 PM) Before buy, rent a condo and then rent a landed property and see whether this fit your lifestyle & requirement before making bigger investment. Don’t worry about price pickup as current market sentiment is very weak & diving further. But if your decision is for rental profit then your selection criteria will be different than above mentioned suggestion. |
