Its the same unit as kmarc's set. Currently the old blue backlit keyboard G15 are no longer in production. So, u guys who dream of getting it, better b hurry. Unless there's a moq of 200-500 units, logitech will not produce it for anyone.

Excellent keyboard. Errr.... I've never seen an actual G15 before so I do not know how the previous G15 is. However, as far as I know, the previous G15 is wider due to the macro keys on the left side of the keyboard......

And according to some forumers, some old G15s have problems with fading letters on the keyboard. Dunno whether the new version has the same problems or not....

Yup, it is the same. I bought from luwyxp for RM290. He gave me some more discounts as I had to wait for some time.....

If you look at the picture, there is the word "G15" on top of the keyboard. That's the LCD screen which can display a lot of things like date/time, CPU/RAM usage, song titles that are playing, game stats, etc.

I have yet to find out the full function of the LCD

go the G15 forums ull find tons of usages for the lcd created by lots of users.......can do so many thing ooo on the LCD HEHEHE

Question:
Errrr..... anybody knows how to activate the computer using USB keyboard?

Previoulsy, I was using PS/2 keyboard and I set my rig so that if I press "1", my rig would boot up.

Now with the G15 USB keyboard, it doesn't function unless already boot up!!!! I can't start my rig using the keyboard function!! (My rig is naked, btw, have to use screwdriver to short the power pins if I want to boot up.... )

P/S: Will post in the Logitech thread too.....

I saw a shop selling old type G15 only Rm290, cheap or not?

I think that's an acceptable price. One month ago, I went to KL to search for it, they were showing a price of RM325-345 (before discount).....
