Yes provided you updated your bios to F6 at least. I am using F7 and clocked 4ghz as daily usage setting. So not only works perfectly but can do mild OC too..

edit: i guess most of the people buy this HIS iceq3 are for its nice looking cooler.
if you want to change to 3rd party cooler, just go and grab any brand with ref cooler, it's rm200 cheaper. wink.gif
