Hi I have tried Googling this issue up but nothing seems to work ...so am seeking advise from Sifus, before I send it to Samsung ( yes its still under warranty)

Just noticed that I can't hear the person whom is speaking to me.
No problems hearing if the phone is paired with a Bluetooth Handsfree device or put on speaker.
Only can't hear when the phone is used as normal.

Have not installed any new apps, did not drop phone, or spilled any liquid on phone.
Checked call settings and it all checks out.

Any ideas?

press receiver. if no sound from top speaker. send to sc warranty
