1. You are not married
2. Bf a foreigner
3. He's not a Muslim

1. You need to get married to reg the the baby. If not the child will need to be adopted to be eligible for citizenship

2. If you decided to get married he needs to convert to Muslim so everything is properly documented for birth certificate.

3. Most important don't take advise here. Have a proper advised from lawyers for free. "We" can only give OPINION not solutions. What you need to do is to go to LEGAL AID Center in KL BAR. 03-2691 1121 they will help you out. Everything is free. The solution is straight forward.. you (and him) just need to see it through

4. As a fellow Muslim I have to say that.. you know I know lah yer.. there is a reason why we need to set boundaries in a relationship... so go get married.. have a stress free and a happier life..
