Closing date for application was 19/9, if you missed it, it's gone.

Did you even receive the Right Issue Entitlement form? You can either do it through these 2 ways:

1. Complete the physical form and affix a RM10 stamp duty. Post it at post office.
2. Use Tricor Investor & Issuing House online portal by following the steps enclosed in the form you should be receiving.

You cannot use any of the broker to apply.

Atrium-TR is the rights entitlement that you have. It was floated on the exchange so people can buy and sell the rights entitlement. If you don't want to subscribe to the rights issue, you can sell your rights to others who wish to subscribe at the market price on the board. It would disappear once the rights entitlement period is over.

Thank you for the details, i did receive the right issue entitlement form but in the beginning i have no idead what it is. Than i have to fly outstation for work and when i am back i only do research.

If i sell my rights to to others who which to subscribe is it through the Maybank portal? I press sell and it would be selling to public?

Yes, but the trading of right period already passed.

You can sell your right if you don't wish to subscribe it as it is renounceable right.

Last traded was about Rm0.015 ~.RM0.02. (difference between market price and right subscription price)

Now you can't subscribe the right either, as the date has passed.

Anyone still holding Atrium? With its current ambitious expansion plans after years of hiatus, we can finally reap the fruits of the long labour. Personally, I am expecting a total dividend of 10 sen for the current FY, and it looks like it is on track to do just that with the announcement of 2.5 sen dividend for Q1. They have completed the purchase of another property known as Shah Alam 4, which should be able to further increase its NPI in the coming Q3 once it is leased, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

With a total net lettable area of 167,431 sqft, it could potentially be leased out at around RM250k per month, or RM3mil per year. That is easily close to 6.7% gross yield. So it is looking pretty good for Atrium going forward.

How long did you hold Axreit ? Is the dividend yield around 4.5%? I just bought Zhulian too

Hi, I hold it about 2 years coming. I did not calculate the dividend yield but it is one of the diversified as it has office and industrial lots.
