1) according to the SA no soundproofing windows provided(i think its okay as lrt is quite distance away and not situated beside busy road or highway)
2) unit 02 has a fire hose compartment (any things to take note?)

3) small empty land beside project (per SA future will be used for future pusat komuniti, however no black and white)

All in all, i feel like the cons for this project are not ultimate deal breaker for me. However would like to seek for more opnions before commiting to this project.

yeah, i didn't really like the surroundings outside tbh. but I went for it because of unit layout and the inner amenities, the inner is more important for me.
and hopefully when Flora 2 (the retail lots) built in future, more choices and surroundings improved biggrin.gif

The main roads to exit is also only via Bukit Jalil Highway or towards the muhibbah LRT which is a jam nightmare...plus it is actually surrounded by factories which is not ideal.

I get what you mean, I too had the same concern but bought one unit anyway cause I like the layout.
And also, one of my friend used to say, small factories more prone to move if they were offered a good deals to buy their land cause these industry aren't location based, they could do the same thing anywhere.
So, depending on the circumstances, who knows what future holds eh. dry.gif
