Both project is not exactly using the same main access road
I think the pressing issue right now is the road outside Vierra, not sure how is the discussion between Fajarbaru & SJK(T)
But If that road fail to expand then will be a problem

Anyhow if it fails to expand, will not affect Flora though

If banker advise against it previously, perhaps you should seriously consider your financial status before commiting to a 35-year loan.

If all is good after consideration, by all means get it, it's a great project, but unfortunately out of my budget hahaha.

Actually not too far away can drive to OUG Parklane there many choices, or opposite them got a food court, or the brand new OUG foodcourt beside Parklane also not bad

OUG foodcourt just opened, I've tried the sotong kangkung not bad & the environment is good...

Whereas the foodcourt opposite the Parklane, the prices there is rather affordable, usually i eat the charkueyteow, thai food, and yeah the satay is not bad!

Anyhow everyone have different preference, go try it out haha

Used to love to go Kepong. Many old chinese shops with authentic taste! A very nice place with many many good affordable food options

But the traffic is really next level when compared to this location.. Kepong infrastructure can no longer handle the amount of cars and it will only get worse unfortunately

However at only 980sf for Type B
Wouldn't the actually unit look a bit tight and not as per image

Plenty of unit left in Flora 1 you can choose

Rainfore more for investment and Flora own stay

Flora is neither here nor there, Location is nice but no immeadiate amenities surrounding. PSF is much higher compared to Rainfora and thus translate into higher rental.
Rainfora is much closer to LRT, plenty of amenities right downstairs

Flora ownstay got the benefit of safety due to no commercial in immediate vicinity and scerinity as not across main road, making it a good ownstay product.

As a tenant, price is an important factor and they want convenience
Rainfora is a better option in this scenario

For a fair comparison distance should be measured from Flora 1, not 2

Also need consider safety factor there, I've stayed at parklane and now platinum, walking there at night you'll have some safety concerns.
Even myself have been stopped by police and few times for checking, and after chatting with them, there many robbery case (although I've never encountered it myself)

Rainfore area is more lively, in terms of safety it would feel better.
Maybe after Sunway is up, there might be improvement i guess?

Without a doubt! I would love to get a Sunway project, hopefully one day!
But since rent is the discussion point here, at this locations, a lower entry price for tenant always plays a deciding factor.
