How long you can break even?

Recently, government is fixing the road side draining, along the road from awam besar to muhibbah. Will this fixing the floating on road when heavy rain?
After pre launch, now weekend didn't see much visitors to Sunway Flora showroom.

there is not chemical plant at that area.
The mostly is warehouse, and car service center. next to the linear park is plastic recycled factory.
sound like heavy machine, i don't think will have, but lorry and forklift sound definitely can hear.
for own stay at BJ area, for new project not many choose.
Exsim at awam besar dont have any news...

BJ area accessible is good. Radius within 20km, can access many area, like PJ, Puchong, Subang, KL, putrajaya, etc.

Sunway Flora now offers an optional for kitchen cabinet, if buyer don't want kitchen cabinet, they will rebate about 20k+. Until today, the kitchen cabinet layout and design yet confirm 😅😅😅
