I suppose this showroom is for Flora2?
Heard is "smaller size".

Wondering around Flora's surrounding 2 days ago ...
Vierra is going to VP earlier than Flora. Looking at the two giant buildings and thinking of 1604 units ... traffic is going to be a headache during rush hours at that particular junction!

Access roads are the main reasons I committed to Flora. Front, rear, left, & right are all accessible! It's too the reason I did not choose projects around Pavilion and Jalan Jalil Perkasa 1.

If you look at the MBSJ 2035 plan, army camp plan to convert to commercial. If the plan go ahead, this is another "hot" spot. It will surely increase the traffic flow then. Anyway, it may help to improve the current traffic condition as you have more land to expand!
This piece of land is where the PJD passing by, even though the entry and exit point is not exactly located here! So, army camp need to go in order to give way to pillar of elevated highway.

What worrying me is the size/scale of the traffic 🚦 junction in front of Flora 🤔🤔

Widening the road is in their plan, but I think flyover is the better measure for this junction.

Yesterday dropped by show gallery, and was told new show gallery targeted to open around mid of March.

Yeah, P2 is same architect but smaller size. Cheaper?
Anyway, with shop lots at ground floor, it should be Commercial title instead of Residential title.

Tower B penthouse is 43A (44). Tower B is one storey lower than Tower A.

While you waiting in front of Flora's future traffic light 🚦:-
Go 3 o'clock, you can go Sri Kembangan & Serdang Lama & Kajang;
Go 6 o'clock, you can go Puchong Jaya & Bandar Puteri;
Go 9 o'clock thru Parklane, you can go Jln Puchong;
Go 12 o'clock Awan Besar direction, you can go OUG & Bkt Jalil & Sri Petaling...
Plenty of choices...

For 3 & 6 o'clock, you can access main road or jalan tikus.
