As expected, for service apartment, just curious how sunway will do for the commercial part.
If it likely sunway velocity 2, that will be nice.

If you look at the MBSJ 2035 plan, army camp plan to convert to commercial. If the plan go ahead, this is another "hot" spot. It will surely increase the traffic flow then. Anyway, it may help to improve the current traffic condition as you have more land to expand!
This piece of land is where the PJD passing by, even though the entry and exit point is not exactly located here! So, army camp need to go in order to give way to pillar of elevated highway.

What worrying me is the size/scale of the traffic 🚦 junction in front of Flora 🤔🤔

recently, seeing there will be an addition access at Awam besar T junction. also, seeing jalan jalil perkasa 1, look like side stalls all moved. are there going to wider the road?
