Sunway serene workmanship and facilities looks amazing.

If flora can have 60-70% would be great.

Ya i think will be similar, both using same architect and same main con, many things just pluck and play, but serene price tag higher in general.

They also do extra effort to build the side road entrance jalan serene experience, i wonder flora able to do that with the surrounding quite messy, and the walk way to lrt will be a challenge as well.

Good part for flora is less water feature = less maintenance, the lazy river water bill and maintenance will be a headache for sure.

I like serene car park void to allow sunlight and if look from top is a leaf shape and surrounding lazy river also a leaf shape, can see alot leaf shape design languge in the building , good work for the little detail

The serene gym design is ugly tho , and the jagguci on the top floor is weird also

Attended Flora Tower B launching yesterday n response was good. There is an increase in price of Type B n marginal increases in Tyoe A n C.

Noted that Type C, abt 1500 sq ft was fully sold except 1 unit for Tower A. Presumably many with bigger families opted for them.

The last phase will be commercial with service apts n business units at the present gallery site.

Project is platinum green certified with EV infra.

No i think some condo did that, ev infra ready , means they pull the cable for u, you still need to install wall box yourself, and yes you need to pay monthly according to your usage, some old condo upgrade is pay fixed rate to management, the extra paid will be use as income and fund for property

Sunway Property opens second tower of Sunway Flora for sale; first tower 80% taken up

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 11): Sunway Property (the property arm of Sunway Bhd), has opened the second tower of Sunway Flora — a high-rise residential development in Bukit Jalil — for sale on Sept 9, according to a press statement last Friday (Sept 8).

This is following the success of Sunway Flora’s first tower, which achieved a take-up of 80% since its launch on March 25. With a combined gross development value of RM723 million, the project comprises two apartments spread across a 5.37-acre freehold tract.

The first tower will have 45 storeys with 379 units, while the second tower will have 44 storeys with 369 units. These units will have built-ups ranging from 1,055 square feet (sq ft) to 1,507 sq ft and selling prices from RM693,000 onwards. The entire project is slated for completion in 4Q2026.

Sunway Property central region senior executive director Chong Sau Min said in the statement: “We are grateful for the continuous strong interest from buyers, the majority of whom are upgraders from around the vicinity, attracted by the multi-generational, wellness-centric, community-focused design”.

The statement further highlighted that the development also addresses the needs of the elderly, children and the differently-abled, as ramps are placed in the foyer and bathroom areas.

Facilities in Sunway Flora include a 1.3-acre linear park that features five zones: a sweat zone, an active zone, a sharing zone, a fun zone, and a sanctuary zone; a dedicated food and parcel delivery area; an express ramp leading to a six-level parking zone; electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure charging stations, as well as a 24-hour multi-tier security system.

Amenities near the development include a diverse range of retail, lifestyle and dining options within a 10-kilometre (km) radius, including Sunway Pyramid, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, IOI Mall Puchong, Giant Kinrara and Pearl Point. Within a 5km radius, residents can find educational institutions like the International Medical University, SJK © Lai Meng, and Tzu Chi International School. Additionally, recreational facilities such as the Bukit Jalil Recreational Park, Bukit Jalil Golf and Country Resort, and the Bukit Jalil National Stadium are also in close proximity.

Chong added, “[The buyers’] strong interest confirms the value that they see in investing in Sunway Flora, which has been thoughtfully designed according to the Sunway Design and Development Architecture framework, as well as the value they see in being part of Sunway Property’s membership programme”.

The statement explained that Sunway Flora buyers automatically become members of Sunway Property’s membership programme, which offers a range of services, privileges and experiences, including Care+ (home care services), Rent+ (rental advantages for owners), and Rewards+ (loyalty privileges). The latest addition to Rewards+ is a 3% discount at Sunway Sanctuary (the flagship senior living community by Sunway Healthcare Group) in Bandar Sunway, Selangor.
