Quite close to the Ampang Park LRT station (and possibly the KLCC East MRT2 station?), but you'll have to cross a rather wide and busy road.

But on this Jalan Ampang is really in need of public transportation. What with the condos/service residences and all mushrooming around this road alone.

Locals wont buy foreign developers products.

Even agile bb 1st block was told 70% bought by hongkies and mainlanders. I told the SA that this is worrying bcos they can just dumped stock and move on

But the SA said they have holding power.....

What say you?

Even dump stock also need new buyer to take over. If without them who going to buy? Many city like London city, Sydney City or New York city or some well known city... how many local will buy or can afford to buy the property in the city?

We dont need every locals to buy.

Just the top 3% as icey recommended.

Beside mu discussion point isnt about who buy...its should locals buy into foreign developers project where majority of buyers are foreigners.

Whether local, foreign, big, small, old or new developer, as long as heavily promoted and marketed, give discount, cash back, rebate, low entry, "dibs", free foods, this and that, impressive sales gallery, landscaping, etc many will buy. There is a sxxker born every minute.

If you read the Agile Mont Kiara thread here (their first project), some members did buy a unit there and they're Malaysians. The sales staff assigned to its sales gallery mention that most are local along with a handful of foreign buyers.

And how about CG's Diamond City project in Semenyih? Many who bought it are also our fellow Malaysians.

So if I were to summarise, we Malaysians have no issue with foreign developers, especially those from China.

1st thing 1st- outskirt landed is clearly the market for locals, doesnt matter who build it.
Beside foreigners arent entitled to 2mil and below selangor property.

"Most', 'handful" are just the impression of the SA
She can tell malaysians buyers most are locals and she can also tell foreigners most are tongzhi. We will never know unless we check the gov data.

Even a chinese youtuber make the call of he wont buy china develoer projects that clearly targeting mainlanders. He has few valid points.

I keen to read what locals said.

Thanks for your contribution.

There wont be any australians interest in trx.

They will sell to anyone and everyone and this include the 3% net worth group like you always sing like a broken record.

Broken record is not but facts and reality. Some find reality hard to face and wish could be ignored.

Whether Australian or Chinese have interest in the project, how does it effects the developer?

No matter how much reality you want to ignore, you can't get away from it.
