Urgent Help needed.
I have just signed the tenancy agreement last weekend. But I have a change of mind. I don't mind burn the deposit 1 month. but can I get the refund for the other 1 month and utilities? At first, I wanted to rent my own unit and sub let out because have more freedom and can stay in master room. However now it seems not worth the effort. more problem than benefit. |
