it seem that if share account with my friend i wont get the digital exclusive weapon so sad

i got the games using my friend share account (R3) and play on my R1 account which cause i am unable to purchase the COD point from the store and so i plan to download the warzone free ver from R1 store and buy the COD point can this cause problem to my R3 ver games that i have installed? Thanks
