if bank no money, can they do anything that will affect me to pay more than I need to pay?
Or if debit card lost change new one. Don't plan to go to gym anymore, will anything happen?

Have you terminate your membership?

If you did not terminate the membership, they are legally to charge you. No money doesn't mean you cannot be in debt.

If they still charge you after you terminated the membership and you have evidence they violates the contract, you can lodge complain in KPDNKK

Hi btw what is the rates of Peak Fitness membership when you sign up that time and is full access to all branches right?

I've quit with my last day supposed to be 31st August. Then early september I realized they've charged my credit card. Made a huge fuss about it then they called me up to give back the refund. Until now still haven't received it yet.

Everyone, stay away from Peak Fitness. Stick to shoplot gyms.

How much is monthly membership ?

I pay 150 per month if include registration fees it will be 50 ringgit for that. Got the 50ringgit registration fees off a "discount"
