Both have own definition of extremist.

PAS : DAP want to make everyone equal, equals means Islam same level with other religion which means Islam is not the highest , prevent our goal of an Islamic state, DAP is an extremist because it's a roadblock to make Islam the greatest religion of all.

DAP : PAS want to make Malaysia an Islamic state, An Islamic state will affect the the country of multiracial badly. PAS is an extremist because they want to destroy our multi-racial country with a single religion at the top country.
