age 30+, is it too late to change career path?

I replied to the alike thread before. It's never too late. It's a risk. You might be happier, you might not. I switch from teaching after 10 years to engineering with a newborn on the tow. I am happier as I have more time. Teaching these days takes too much of time and mental energy.

Most of the jobs that people will be working in 10 + years from now hardly exists today.
