i went to showhouse gallery - really very big and berbaloi although it is leasehold but still individual title ...

just that the distance is abit far from my plans ... but for those whose distance is not a problem can evaluate this project ..

Availability as of yesterday, as now also got showhouse already, since 2 days back, really hot from the oven.

ya, really big size rooms, especially all the rooms in Veria; while Cyria Semi-D will have more rooms but size will be averagely big lah. see what you want.

And Veria Cyria really not selling it's location, but really you can use affordable price to buy and incredible big 4000sf and low density guarded individual title landed house
