Naza suria has it. I think you need to circulate it once a while, else the coolant might corrode at the heater core part

subaru have... the heater is actually just a heat exchanger routed from coolant lines (like a small radiator, but sitting inside the dashboard), so when you switch to hot air, it diverts the blower to blow through the heat exchanger.

QUOTE(viosturbo500hp @ Sep 15 2019, 09:19 AM) it shouldn't blow cold air tho... if it blows cold air, chances are the car already been modified to bypass the heater? I would assume the car manufacturers are using the same dashboard dial as their overseas counterparts but did not install the heater core in our local market due to the hot tropical climate. what i seen from Toyota and Honda automatic climate control, the temperature is stuck at 28°C and only blow warm air like A/C button has been turned off. Most likely doesn't fitted with heater.
Differences our Yaris with South Africa Yaris automatic climate control ![]() ![]() |

With heater core, it is slightly more tricky when flush coolant. Need to make sure to also flush the coolant in heater core. Else the old rusty coolant from heater core might corrupt the new coolant which wasted your effort of flushing coolant.

Mine do but CBU from Jpn. Can dial the temperature all the way up to 32 and beyond 32 is HI. Hot air alright.
Been using the heater from time to time to clear out the moisture from AC otherwise will encourage mold growth and smell. Weekend car. |
