If under by TM infrastructure, then get rid about it.
Unless it is under their own infrastructure or by TNB, then can be consider.

If you have any issued for the network connections, u need to contact viewqwest.

So viewqwest will contact to TM (because using their infrastructure).. If TM play dirty trick to viewqwest, then viewqwest cannot do anything to you.
