My little baby girl have reach the age to send over studying at Kindergarten, but when we visit the first Kindergarten without anything expectation we realize that from the cost to educational system adopt by individual preschool or kindergarten are different.

Here are a few topic I would like to discuss.

1. In Klang Valley or specifically in Taman Desa (near Mid Valley), what are the fees I should be expect that consider affordable for full day, semi full day, and half day session. (The kindergarten I went to cost around 1.5k per month for a full days session)

2. What are the key area I should focus on selecting the most appropriate or toddler. (cleanliness? education system? Discipline?)

3. If you guys don't mind, do share with me why and which pre-school and kindergarten you would prefer?

Current pre school monthly fee is rm 2200.

My husband and I visited all pre-school in Shah Alam.
Before I change my son to Ara Damansara, I had enroll my son in XXX pre-school.

After 1 week, my son cried and did not not want to go that school.
According to that pre school principal, my son need additional caring and attention during class.....need addition staff to take care him...….. additional cost need.
This pre school month fee not cheap too.
I noticed their staff forcing my son during lunch time .. My son always take time to enjoy food..but the staff ...


Current pre-school is my son first home now. full day 0900-1800.
He is extra smart in this school and perform story telling to others kid. His know math well 1....12 12 X12 =124... 15X15=
He communicate very well with teacher .

He brother is 18 year and his is 5 years. He does like to be treat like kid

Such a huge gap between both brother.

As long as the child can learn and enjoy their time at pre-school, all the money spend worth every penny.

but Thanks for your insight, maybe just like you mention before, we might transfer a few before land on the suitable pre-school for my child.
