i was very sad when i purchased this phone s500 from kenny in subang square. i got the details from garage sales.
after 3 days of usage i notice the keypad cracked and now is 4 keypad cracked. he said i cant claim keypad because is AP but i already make this case an issue by reporting it to the local authorities and i know things will get right soon.
anyone of u got same case as me please do sms me at 0163927912. such an irresponsible seller... i bet if i buy a toy hp also it wont crack it i drop it a million times

he acted like a dumb and keep saying is my fault same with his counter dog. I already bring this case to court. Hope process will be fast to give this kinda irresponsible seller a lesson. i better go buy a toy hp than buy from this shop ever again. C U IN COURT DUMB

if anything happen to your keypad just bring it to court because it is manufacturer deffect and no matter what is written on the warranty it doesnt matter. They are certain law in giving out warranty . They cant make their own warranty withuot refferring to the law.That guy told me i can claim everything including keypad when i purchase it and insisted i buy ap because only difference is the service center.

Got any problem just go report to TRIBUNAL COURT please if AP/ORi dunwan change for you..
no ppl report you think they will take it as manufacturer deffect?
