I think if the keypad cracked then its not the seller's fault.

coz it is a common issue on all s500 out there, whether ap or ori

Hmm,my roommate bought an ap set S500 and he manage to claim warranty also because clearly it is not his fault spoiling the keypad. try asking kenny.. talk with him smile.gif

he acted like a dumb and keep saying is my fault same with his counter dog. I already bring this case to court. Hope process will be fast to give this kinda irresponsible seller a lesson. i better go buy a toy hp than buy from this shop ever again. C U IN COURT DUMB

You can replaced your keypad for free. But do bring the warranty card along.

LYN court ??

for different AP company, really depend on their policy as stated what part under warranty.. (im not stand anyone site ok?)

very common case, previous W850i Navi Pad crack, it was manufactured fault, some AP company doesn't not allow warranty claim but some did.

IMO, buy AP cheaper, but still some risk buyer need face.. happy.gif

if anything happen to your keypad just bring it to court because it is manufacturer deffect and no matter what is written on the warranty it doesnt matter. They are certain law in giving out warranty . They cant make their own warranty withuot refferring to the law.That guy told me i can claim everything including keypad when i purchase it and insisted i buy ap because only difference is the service center.

They provide the basic earphone only. Not the in-ear earphones.

juz bought 4 days ago...this hp FTW!!

so far no keypad cracked yet..i guess if use thumb like me wont crack kua~
i think if some people use fingernail and press mayb will leave more pressure towards the keypad...

btw good luk to all the s500i owners

Not that good. after a week and a half, the number 4, 6 and # cracked.
If all of the keypad crack, it'll be kinda cool, u know. tongue.gif

The next time I go to the service center, I'll try and ask them for the gold S500 keypad.
