Tribes in south america eg: peru , there are tribes that uses the plant as spirit guidance which is the ayahuasca .
I am wondering if our orang asli in malaysia has a similar tradition as well . Curious to know about some things that are closer to home . Maybe someone here who lives at east msia knows something . If there are iban ppl here , that would be great as well .
Thanks

I had thought of the same question, but not so much the ritual, more to finding chacruna vine here in our forest or the equivalent, but to no avail. Datura in Cameron berlambak, can get 5-meo. Certain acasia tree also can extract DMT. There are other ways to make Ayahuasca with more readily available ingredients tho.

Hi there , i guess there are many ways with research . Was surprised to see morning glory included as well . Shocking to know that there are plant teachers all around us . But overall at the moment , im looking for practices close to home to see if they are similar going through similar experience , i am sure the indigenous ppl here do but if they are still around , that is a another question

I have heard the Ibans used pig's blood or chicken's blood accompanied by female singing at night as ceremonial ritual and the crowds appeared dazed and trance like, . I don't know what it is called.
