Hi guys,

Desperately need your help, I just bought Redmi Note 7 via lazada and just received yesterday.

After unboxing and bla bla, I insert sim card and connect to wifi, downloaded some apps and it run smoothly and as usual.

This morning, i go to reset factory setting and try sign in as usual, but i cant sign in when they asking my google account.



Then, i disconnected with wifi connection, then just restart back without sign in with any google account.

I can start my phone but i cannot sign google play store or any google account.



Now i cant download anything..help me.

Try to use data or other network instead of your wifi.
