I just bought an item from shopee last week. Seller from Malaysia. Initially item sent for pickup but somehow item failed pickup attempt (whatever the hell that is suppose to mean) then now when i query about the status of the item there is no response from the seller after a week

When i feedback shoppee they ask to wait up to the protection period. (which is friggin long)

Do these seller have some personal vendetta against buyers. Anyway to report these guys?

Already clicked cancelled.

But the effed up shopee system extended the protection period to another 3 days (which amounts to a week after purchase)

Shopee had timeline. No respond within time period, your order will cancelled automatically and will refund back to your account.

I had similar situation, seller send item but in tracking no updates. After 7 days, system auto cancel and refund back my money. No losing here, chill be patient.

The good thing Shopee hold buyer money until you receive item and agreed condition received then only release payment to buyer.

Unlike Lazada payment straight to buyer.

Unfortunately there are some sellers albeit not many that likes to take their sweet time to ship your parcel.

Encountered the same from some seller previously. Just give some reminder on chat or whatsapp to the seller. Then cancel order if still no response from seller. Rest you can do is buy from other seller while waiting for your refund to be made by shopee.

2~14 working days is expected with online purchase
i see so many gungho on the review section just because of small delay, but not the product review itself

although like that... 14 days refund policy from lazada is the best compare to shopee

simply just press refund, if seller dont act on it the order will be cancelled.
the only cons is u might not get back any voucher u used.

like that still ok la..just press refund...

some shopee buyers is auto complete order...gg seller receive money ald... item no delivery no detials..but success order.

Yes those are scammers.. they hope buyers wont keep track and suddenly guarantee finished and they get the money.
