Weekend they open 8AM, UTC pudu only give out 200 queue number each day. So you must go very early to get the queue number, you will see people queuing as early as 6AM-7AM. If you go there 9AM-10AM probably they ask you come next day.

I submitted online on 10th Sept. The next day (11th Sept) afternoon I went to Kelana Jaya branch to collect it. Took me only 19mins.

Than wait 45 minute (as request) to collect my passport.

I went to take passport size photo at kedai foto. Then ask for softcopy. Use it to upload during online application. But hor, no matter what, immigration guy/woman will tell u it's off spec and they will retake. The immgration lady told me that next time use old photo can liao. They will still retake.

If go on weekend to UTC Keramat also no people? The last experience I had in 2015 was bad, reached 8am got long queue for number, stand in queue for 1 hour ++. Got passport only around 1pm.

If I were to go on weekend nowadays, are they limiting the number to like 200 only? Or I can come at noon also and still get the number?

I go pudu around 7am weekdays ady got many people que, lucky got number liow.
