Diagnosed with ADHD inattentive type few months ago.

2. Easily agitated by small things
3. Short temper

This was really bad but thank god that I met my wife. I managed to improved my temper but it wasn't easy. Hurt people around me many times especially my wife.

5. Gets bored easily
6. Scatter brain
7. Easily forgetful

Being mainly inattentive, these traits affect me most. Many times it takes me longer to perform a task at work due to my chronic carelessness. Have to double/triple check my work. Sometimes when we're rushing for deadline (which is frequent), hell broke loose when I cut corners and skip checking my work.

Bright side is, I used Ms. Excel to automate as much work as possible. All the frequently used info will also be stored there. This leads me to explore more on Ms. Excel and finally, I can find something that I can be good at in work.

Do share your coping mechanisms. How you manage your carelessness and forgetfulness? Something that I'm still struggling with even if I have a notebook for task.

Problem is, I'm not using it consistent. Still have bits of reminder or to do list scattered here and there which is easily overlooked
