Hi guys,

I have a Honda Civic FD 2.0 Vtec 2008. My car is bouncy especially on bumps and on corners.

Looking for aftermarket springs and/or shocks. Any recommended products on those? Budget around 1k per component.

My car fully original, has 180k mileage, running on Michelin Pilot Sport 4.

Replace the stock spring and absorber, should help bring back some comfort.
Aftermarket is adjustable is a nono from my experience. Handling improved for sure, but it got bumpier

Best lowering springs out there (based on my own research) are Eibach for comfort and Tein for performance. There are better brands but they don't really exist over here.

But if you are only looking for comfort, better just stick with stock spring and shocks. Bouncy is usually a sign of worn out shocks as they don't dampen the spring movement anymore, try replacing the shocks first.

If you're on a budget, Kayaba excel G is a good alternative or just get a set of ori Honda shocks.
