Just had my blood test and some of the liver function tests are out of specs
Can someone explain what of the impacts and what can I do to improve? I kind of worry now

Not sure what are the sources of protein.
Not smoker. Alcohol less than once per month (beer only)
I feel my lifestyle is okay as go jogging twice per week.
