How many of you guys here have the Epic Flying mount, Netherdrake or the Nether Ray mounts?

I kinda like the Netherdrake mount but I thought that it lacks details. Plain and dull colors.

i like the look of the orange-like netherray more than the dragon. well, so far anyways.

focusing on my tailoring set before i go farming for gold for the mount. look at the cost and feel a headache coming along. >.>

The Nether Rays are cool but if you're wearing a dress, like a robe or a kilt then it's gonna look bad. Graphical glitch or some sort. The skirt part will pretty much cover the ray's head

Yeah 5000+ gold is kinda scary but all you gotta do really are.. finish all the daily quests that are available to you and some minor farming, you'll get it in no time.

I haven't seen anyone but a characters wearing pants so far. But I do have a soft spot for tiger stripes things. Well, I'd prefer black and white moo-moo cow skin but no moo-moo nether rays yet. >.>

And you're right about the daily quests. Just that I'm getting a wee bit tired of ppl chatting with me that I can't get things done before a raid on weekdays. When you tell people that you're Malaysian, the word spreads and bam, there's more than 5 ppl wanting to chat with you everytime you login. Somemore, I cannot change my LYN nick so can't hide. >.<

Anyone got the epic armored Netherdrake mount?

Look for someone on ur server wif "Gladiator" title attached to their name. They are rewarded with the 310% armored netherdrake.

I find both a lil boring but the drake is very standard. Maybe a gyrocopter or skeleton dragon mount would lighten things up!

Have the Netherdrake - picked the Onyx (yeah like everybody else - a model of conformity, me) - halfway to exalted for the Nether Ray.

The netherdrake quests are funner and faster and the drake is way cooler than the windriders/griffons but there really should be a bit more variety with the colours. Onyx, cobalt, purple, violet all pretty much look the same color from distance. I mean how much more difficult would it have been to make a red-coloured drake? The only one that stands out is the viridian (can you say green?) but it looks like a sickly drake.

The nether ray is kinda oddball - a bigass tauren would look wierd perched on top one of those things. Pity they didnt make them mount like the Discs of Tzeentch (from Warhammer), that would have been cool.
